Keenon is thrilled to be visiting Paul again in Kiss Me Kate this summer. Kiss Me Kate will be presented in a special arrangement with Chance Theatre and Tustin Area Council for Fine Arts’ Broadway in the Park summer series. Directed and Choreographed by Janet Miller, Kiss Me Kate is a play within a play featuring a troupe of actors at a theatre on opening night of The Shrew, a musical adaptation of Shakespeare’s A Taming of the Shrew. It blends operetta, musical comedy, vaudeville and throws in a helping of hi-jinks. The story is a basic boy had girl, tries to get girl back, loses girl and gets her back again with the happy ending of a 1948 musical extravaganza. It will run August 18 - 22.
